ABOUT THE COURSE
MSI Diploma in Human Capital Management program is a specialised management program focusing on human resources as an essential function of an organisation. Subjects of study include recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employment law, and occupational safety & health.

A student who completes the Diploma in Human Capital Management at the Management & Science Institute will secure placement to complete the Bachelor (Hons) in Human Capital Management at the Management & Science University – Malaysia / Colombo or over 40 other partner universities worldwide.
